1:1 Reformer sessions, tailored to you.
Held in-studio at Arrive, 129 W 29th St, Floor 2. Sessions are 55min.
Cancel/reschedule up until 24 hours prior to your session.
Weight limit for reformers is 350 lbs.

Classical mat Pilates in a small group class setting led by Megan, in-studio. Replaced by Pilates in the Park spring-fall.
Mats provided. Held at Arrive, 129 W 29th St, Floor 2.
Cancel/reschedule up to 12 hrs before class time.
You should be able to get up and down from the floor without assistance.
