  • Small group mat Pilates classes. Instructor led. Mats provided. Held at our studio location.

    Participants should be able to get up and down from the floor without assistance.

    Register as much as 12 days in advance up until class time.

    Cancel/reschedule up to 1 hour before class time.

  • 1:1 Reformer session in the studio. Sessions focus on Reformer work with a few Mat exercises thrown in for good measure. Perfect for beginners, seasoned movers, and everyone in between.

    All equipment provided. 55 min.

  • Open-to-all mat Pilates classes in Central Park.
